ABOUT: Hi, I’m Katie. From a young age I competed in athletics to a high standard and from this I have always had a keen interest in understanding how the human body functions. This lead me to studying Sport Science at university and undertaking my Level 5 diploma with the LSSM in Soft Tissue Therapy along with my Level 3 in Mat Pilates.

My hobbies and interests include: Yoga, pilates, running and spending time with my little family.
